Return Policy

Most items listed in the catalog are carried in stock and are shipped within 24 hours. Please use your street address (not a P.O. Box).

No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization from Seller. All return shipments must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the original invoice or packing list. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. No COD shipment will be accepted. Goods returned for any reason other than defective merchandise or as a result of an incorrect shipment will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Only goods which have been purchased within the 12 months period of the returned date will be accepted. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped or no credit will be issued. No returns are accepted for any sale items or items which have been closed out by the Seller.

ADDRESS CORRECTION FEES AND OTHER MISC. SHIPPING CHARGES

DBC Golf is not responsible for fees charged by Fedex, UPS, Post Office or other shippers in instances where the customer provides DBC Golf with incorrect ship to or bill to address information (Street, City, State, Zip Code, etc.). Shipper correction fees will be the responsibility of the customer and the customer will therefore be charged for such fees.
